Mike Nicolaou started his own Taxation Consultancy business in 1993, and was joined by Robin J H Dearle in 1997 to form Nicolaou Dearle & Co. Robin’s experience of Audit and Accountancy complemented Mike’s Tax expertise, and the team gradually expanded to offer a professional service to their ever-growing client list.

Bill and Jackie Ward formed their own Taxation Consultancy partnership in 1995, and in 2002, WC & JP Ward merged with Nicolaou Dearle & Co.

Now with a team of 10 and over 500 clients, Nicolaou Dearle & Co prides itself on offering a personal and friendly service. We have clients across the country, particularly in London and the South East, and our very varied client list ranges from personal tax clients with a few shares, small businesses and the self-employed, to larger companies and PLC’s with complex taxation and accounting needs.
